Dr. Steve Henderson is the Lead Data Scientist at Enlighten Information Technology where he supervises petabyte-scale data science analytics in support of DoD cyber operations for United States Cyber Command (USCYBERCOM), Army Cyber Command (ARCYBERCOM), and the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA). Steve is a 23-year Army veteran who saw duty as an AH64 Helicopter Pilot, an Operations Research Systems Analyst, and a West Point Academy Professor. He is an expert in data science systems engineering, cyber forensics, and incident handling. He has held previous cyber security data science positions at the Software Engineering Institute’s CERT at Carnegie-Mellon and at Citibank’s Global Cyber Security Fusion Center. He holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science from Columbia University, an M.S. in Systems Engineering for the University of Arizona, and a B.S. in Computer Science from the US Military Academy.
